Yashica MAT 124G

I acquired a traditional film camera on ebay, the Yashica MAT 124G. The camera takes medium format film (120 or 220 film), the sliders are 6x6cm, which delivers high resolution images. Before I sent it to a CLA (Clean, Lubricate and Adjust) I shot one black and white film (Ilford FP4 iso 125). The quality was good, but lots of dust was found as you can see in the 2 black and white pictures.

After the CLA was done I shot a couple of Velvia 100 films. The colors are very saturated with this film and as you can see the dust is gone as well. Generally I very happy with the results up till now, the only thing that I need to get a grip on is the light meter. It has been modified to accept new types of batteries and I believe it has been calibrated again, yet it is not a TTL meter and therefore not very accurate. I mostly measure with one of my digital camera's.

Except for the two first black and white shots I scan everything with my Epson V700 Photo scanner.
