Two adults and two young snoozing the day away at the base of two large trees around which their lodge is built. The young are the lighter coloured ones on the left. This is a first for me to ever see a Beaver family sleeping out in the open like this; however, they are quite safe as the lodge and trees are on a small island in the swamp some distance from the boardwalk.
