I work for a conservation authority in Canada (Grand River Conservation Authority). I'd like to use some of your images for some educational materials we are putting together. I think these photos are in the public domain and was wondering how to cite you properly (found in NBII). The images are of an American goldfinch, a song sparrow and a savannah sparrow. I am also looking for pictures of the common snipe, and a vesper sparrow. If you have any other photos in the public domain of these species I would be grateful. Thank you (and great photography!)

It was a pleasure to meet you on Haul Rd yesterday. I'm so glad I found out that your beautiful photos are displayed on pbase. I've just spend quite a bit of time browsing through your galleries and it didn't take much time to realize that you are a very talented photographer. Your sensitivity to and appreciation of nature come through in almost every shot. Your photos are beautifully composed wtih an artistic eye. It would be almost impossible to pick a favorite, but your landscapes and photos of clouds really pleased me. I love the orange salamander, the woodchuck out in the field, the dragonflies, the wildflowers--my kind of subjects. I'll keep an eye on your web site and look forward to new shots taken with your Canon Rebel. Good luck in your new job. Hope you make it to the National Geographic--a very realistic ambition from what I have seen.
