Chickadees are nesting in this bluebird box. I heard a house wren singing and ran outside to put up a crude wren guard. The idea is that if the wren can't see the hole, he won't try to enter the box. The chickadees have already laid eggs and in fact the female was sitting on the nest as I put this up.
