Thank you for sharing Tayrn's work with us, Guenter. Even though I am an American, I had not heard of her or her work. Yes, in this one photo alone she has shown an unrecognized suffering in my country. So many children grow up without their parents at home simply because they are behind bars, usually for nonviolent offenses. And, as Taryn shows here, it is the African American community that suffers the most. Why? Because they do not have the resources to get proper legal representation, and because they are often targeted for arrest. It is our national shame.

Thanks Geunter for this moment of remembering how fortunate we are, especialy all the Pbasers with there equipment and possibility to walk around and taking nice pictures..... a lot of people can not do this and it is good to think about them and help were we can......
