Hiking back down Cadillac Mountain (South Ridge Trail).

Great weather, great hike. We all slept well that night, 7.4 miles round trip all of us with packs. I was carrying my camera backpack filled with equipment (the Rebel XT & the S3IS + flash, lenses, etc).

The monopod made a great walking stick on this vacation (15 miles on a monopod).
