National Harbor's "ICE"

Artists from Harbin China were invited here to carve 2 million pounds of ice into the "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" display at National Harbor in Washington DC. The 9 degree temperature, theatrical lighting and crowds made photography difficult, but the colors and artistry were well worth a look.
