oh my god!!! ur pictures are amazing!! im only 13 and i want to be able to take pictures like u when i get older!! u have inspired me and i love the pictures!! my favorite is the "coyote at benjies lake" i wont to be like u when i grow up...thanks for inspiring me. jillian bree poirier

I loved your images. I stayed with and worked for a family in Meat Cove (while hitchhiking the east coast) in 1972. The village was comprised of the McClellan clan who lived in all the small homes, fished cod and mackerel. I lived in a log cabin shell on the left just as you head up to the "end" of the road. John Angus McClellan lived in the last house on the road. I wonder if the family is remaining. I still remain in contact with the family I worked for, although they no longer live in Meat Cove. It was one of the beautiful times in my life living in Meat Cove...long before many tourists knew it existed...I hope to return one day! Today I am a sea kayaker transplanted from Lake Superior back to my roots in upstate NY, and I've heard that the sea kayaking is wonderful there...can anyone tell me more?

Don't know how I happened upon your site, but glad I did. Splendid shots! I'm heading up there next month for two wks...I continue to hear how wonderful (and safe) it is for female cyclists. Any particular bike tips/recs?
