It had been several weeks since I last saw the fox kits. Much has changed since that time. Parks people have rounded up 3 of the 6 fox kits in hopes of relocating the family to a more secluded location away from people. Only problem with that is the mother fox was never captured and 2-3 of the siblings are still roaming about freely (see above photo). It was a pleasure to see the still free fox kits again and watch them exploring the surroundings. There's nothing like watching them in person and one of them walked up to within 2 feet of me. The question now is how long will they enjoy their freedom and what will happen to the 3 already captured fox kits?
