Gypsy Major John MacDonald accepts the thanks of the current South Korean Ambassador for his service during the Korean War. The occasion was the 10th anniversary of the Korean War Memorial in Missoula Montana in May 2008. John was a Gypsy pilot, flying extensive missions including the evacuation of troops from the frozen Chosin Reservior in December 1950. We honor John MacDonald.
