dispersing

Canyonlands NP, Utah

will be off under wide rural skies in a few weeks...perhaps will get another chance at mammatus clouds...by the time I took a shot here these ones were dispersing, looking less like mammaries and more like popcorn

Nikkor 18-200mm - 1/100s f/5.0 at 75.0mm iso160 full exif

A kind of dramatic mood empties this image, emphasized of course by the light and the cloud but also by the red tiny lights on the car. V.
