with a road trip coming up three weeks from today, decided to increase the daily exercise regime and build up the leg muscles...10 km (6.2 miles) walks seem a good idea...so as not to overdo it though, will divide that into 1/2 km walks each day, and after 20 days will have covered 10 km...hopefully the cautious approach pays off...however, a friend tells me this will prove a less than effective plan, so may have to increase the effort...somewhat that is
as for the location here, this is where the Tevere (Tiber) flows into the Tyrrhenian Sea at Fiumicino, immediately west of Roma (Rome)
