shrinking

False Creek, Vancouver

other aspects of the dalliance with film were also eye-opening...the camera store stocked only 7 different B&W films, 5 of them from Ilford, and one each from Fuji and Kodak...also, there is now only one lab in all of Vancouver where B&W emulsions can be processed....mono film is definitely a shrinking option

Nikon F80 - Nikkor 28-200mm - Ilford Delta 100

other sizes: small medium large auto

Gosh I definitely like the tones of this film. The clarity is beautiful too! V

It is sadly becoming obsolete. A very striking image. Great tones and composition. V

Love the film look, it's analog but that's how the eye really sees things IMHO. Likened to a LP record on the turntable vs. digital. Nice work. V

It really does look different than digital. I like both but in different ways. This one is another excellent example of well done B&W shooting and processing. I like the view a lot too. ~BV~

Nice result with the film. I like the tones. I shot mostly Plus-X and Tri-X back in the day, but developed my own.

Great image. I'm not surprised at the lack of variety in films or the scarcity of labs processing them.

Fine picture sad to see film disappearing, I used to love processing it and see images slowly appear.

Another excellent composition with superb clarity. A pity about the lack of facilities for those who want to use B&W film.
