As a bit of fun, here is a 900% enlargement of a small portion of my 30 Doradus image that shows the remnant of supernova 1987a (FOV is 3.9 x 2.7 arcmins). As you would expect, there are a few artefacts from such a forensic enlargement, but you can clearly see the location and colour of the expanding shell.
