red button

After my run of flowers earlier in the week, I'm obviously being attracted by billboards now. This one caught my attention because of the instruction not to press the red button. the advert didn't work on me because I'm so law abiding that I immediately obeyed the instruction but I did sit nearby in case anyone else didn't!! Someone did stut up to it and banged the button so hard I thought they would go through the billboard... it just played loud and anoying clips from the film. oh well.

What amused me somewhat was the warning above the ad. Here in Toronto, hardly ANYTHING is monitored on the streets!

Well spotted! Not sure about Marvin with a round head though - I remember the old BBC one!

Is that your reflection I can see Gail? Would have been good to get the guy banging the button.

You do find some quirky signs...and talking of red buttons, I pressed the red button on the Men in Black ride at Universal (hadn't seen the sign not to!) and the ride promptly broke down completely. When the attendant asked who had pressed the red button (being honest) I put my hand up. She asked my name and then shouted at the top of her voice "Sheena's pressed the button" over and over again. I've never lived it down!

What's the deal with the sign at the top? Is the bus stop being recorded?

I was hoping for "don't panic" in large friendly letters. I tried clicking the red button but nothing happened. Doh!

hehe. This reminds me of a wall hanging my husbands aunt had that said 'Incase of fire, lift this flap'..well naturally you just had to look & the message underneath was 'I SAID incase of fire...stupid..!! '
I like your approach Gail...let someone else get the blame :>)
