Comet McNaught

This comet is currently visible in the southern hemisphere just after twilight. The 'tail' is quite large as can be seen in this photo.

Great photograph. I only saw it on one night from NT and not as good a view as you had.
Interesting how much star trail there is in sixty seconds.

Good shot Stormy. I was watching for the comet a couple weeks ago when it was to be visiable up here but never did see it (for whole hat full of reasons!). Thanks. You have been doing some neat work with the "night shots" and even though I don't always make comment .... I'm watching with interest!
