Since the FWG was established in 1990, the variety of plants growing there has increased substantially. Although many species are non-natives (for example, mustards, clovers, comfrey, etc.), many more are native plants. Some have appeared on their own while others have been planted.
In the list below, plants are arranged alphabetically by common name. Because there are so many photos, we've divided them alphabetically into sub-galleries (for example, A to C, D to G, etc.).
