This patch is from the Dalmeny Police Service in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. It's a little different than the standard patch from Saskatchewan with the provincial crest.

Dalmeny has a population of approximately 1800 people and is a residential suburb of Saskatoon. The police force has a Chief of Police, two Constables and an Auxiliary Constable. This patch came to my collection courtesy of the chief of police, Nick Bakker.
