The Inuit Inukshuk, traditionally used as a landmark and navigational aid. 9854

We saw these unqiue rock scultpures on remote hilltops and often they are placed along caribou migration routes and are used as an aid for hunters or to show direction for travelers.
Inukshuk means "likeness of a person" in Inuktitut, the Inuit language.
