The Cultural village has been newly built up to reflect the county’s heritage with traditional building constructions.

The site is to the North or the capital city - Doha - with a National Theatre home to The Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, and a large outdoor Amphitheatre for staging cultural events.

The site includes shops, restaurants with a sea view promenade.

The view from the promenade looks to the south over the commercial city sky scrapers and to the north the newly manmade islands called "in the Pearl" with residential buildings.
