_MG_1172 Sunrise at Mohegan Bluffs

Block Island, Rhode Island

These bluffs are located at the south end of Block Island and rise abruptly 150 feet above the sea level.
Local lore has it an indian battle took place here and the local Manisses pinned down an attacking band of Mohegan Indians at the base of the bluffs.
