Tony Hayes is a terrific singer of Irish Ballads (some American country too) from Northern Ireland. Anne and I have been going to hear him sing since the late 1970s. He still has a terrific voice.
This was after the St. Patrick's Day Parade (we did not make it this year) in Hartford, Connecticut.
