Great shot and timing. I've seen these flying around before and they do look a little like humming birds. vote.

Brilliant shot - these have been very common in Sweden this year, but this is the best shot I've seen!!

Hi Soendra,
Yes that's correct, hummingbird.
See also my last moth, the Agrius convolvuli - windepijlstaart. realy a big moth.

Magnificent. I was so curious that I looked up "kolibrei." If my translation is correct, it means "hummingbird." Of course, that's a perfect name for so lovely a creature. Gefeliciteerd!

Wow, this is another fantastic one. I have also seen them in my garden.

Stunning shot....Like Sharif I have also been trying to catch these here in my garden, but they are too fast for me also. Here in Germany they are called Taubenschwenzin, Pigion Tailed Moths..:>

Heel bijznder'. Ik heb er net ook een voor het eerst van mijn leven gezien en wel in de Buurt van Brille, Nederland. En gefotografeerd. Maar lang niet zo kraakhelder als jij deze hebt gemaakt. Goed werk
