Lloyd Knox was a longtime caretaker for Waterboard Park, and a friend of mine. When he died the Eugene Water and Electric Board decided to name the park after him. It is now called the Lloyd Knox Waterboard Park.

Wow everything is so green and sharp it almost doesn't look real. Every leaf is in just the right spot that it looks like a painting. You must have used a tripod for this. I guess being a Californian I am just not used to living things!!

What a truly nice man Lloyd was. He took such good care of that park and is missed by many. He was a good friend to Dennis and me, as well. In fact, he showed us how to "shoot potatoes" from his homemade machine back in those trees! LOL!
