Radiating Leaves

I am not sure what kind of plant this is, but I love how the leaves are multi-colored and radiate from the red center (which, by the way, is natural and not retouched).

Wow what a beautiful plant with the splash of red. And is there bits of blue or is that the lighting? would love to know what it is. Have you showed Marilyn S. ? She seems to know a lot about plants, having worked for the extension service for awhile.
