The Tree

I made a trip to the Post Office last night and was drawn by this tree in front of a bank building. The light and contrasts attracted my eye.

The contrast of the tree's branches against the brilliant back-light provides a great composition! In addition to this stark tree image, I like how the shadow cast by the tree adds a pseudo-reflection of it on the ground. The cold office building seems to be offering a stabilizing side-note of business with nature.
