The only bird in my 'Birds of Oregon' book that looks like this one is a female Brewer's Blackbird.
The beak is something like a female Brown-headed Cowbird, but this one is darker brown. Note: I heard from a friend from the Audubon Society that this is a female Brown-headed Cowbird. Thanks Jim.
