Use Tool Presets to make routine tasks easier

Using tool presets for frequently performed tasks, such as printing a 5 x 7 picture
1. Select crop tool
2. Set dimentions for desired print
3. Set resolution for printing
4. Open the Tool preset fly out menu and select NEW PRESET
5. Name the preset "5 in x 7 in Landscape 240 dpi"
Now whenever I want to print a 5 x 7, I select the Crop tool preset and drag the mouse for the desired composition. When cropped, the image will be the exact size and resolution for my printing preferences.

other sizes: small medium original auto
