Travels through Quintana Roo, Mexico (Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Mahahual, Chetumal), Belize (Caye Caulker, Belize City, San Ignacio/Cayo), and Guatemala (Flores/Tikal, Antigua, Monterrico), Dec. 2005 - Jan. 2006. More photos coming, after I develop my film. My digital camera died on this trip, and I'm not pleased with the photos I did manage to shoot with it this time.

Jan. 4: Sadly, my digital cameraīs days seem to be coming to an end on this trip. For the time being, the result is you get the mediocre images I was able to capture with the long-suffering cheapie (itīs accompanied me to about 15 countries in three years). The good ones will have to wait until I develop the film from the disposable camera I bought in Belize City.

Tomorrow Iīm visiting the ruins at Tikal, and praying that it holds up for that.

11.Jan (Antigua Guatemala): Sad camera alternately did, and didn't function at Tikal. Unfortunately, it's completely farted out now, which precludes me uploading anything until I find a computer Jedi back in the States.
