I've worked out what this photo reminds me of: an adult holding hands with a child (the downward part of the rope is the adult; the upward part is the child; the knot in the middle is the meeting of the hands). Maybe I'm looking into it a bit too hard... I promise there have been no drugs or alcohol involved!!! :)
