The magnificent setting of Hosteria Las Torres is actually a private ranch inside the national park. The Italian owned land started with building Nire (the one we stayed in) and gradually developed out to the current complex. The road condition inside the compound is significantly worse than most of the rest of the park, making driving almost hazardous for inexperienced drivers.

The hotel is at the foothill of the Las Torres (The Towers) massif - which the park is names after. The friendly and knowledgeable staff lives on the ranch when on duty, with two separate kitchen crews supporting them and the clients. In the evening, there are seminars on a variety of excursions offerred by the hotel. It has the only gas supply in the entire park, costing a mere $8/gallon. Everything is costly!
