I think you have been conned. This is obviously not in Notner, a city known and admired for its international flavor. In Notner, all vehicle pedals must have those instructions in 17 different languages. Not only does this make it easy for anyone to learn how to operate a motor vehicle, it also makes the pedals easy to find (they are quite large). Please do not spread disinformation about "The City that Never Sleeps." Thank you.
