Two Pair Make Eight

Southern Vancouver Island

Trumpeter Swans are magnificent to watch and a joy to photograph....add some sun, water and a few reflections and you could easily loose a whole afternoon taking shots of them. Trumpeter Swan facts: The trumpeter swan gets its name from its sonorous, vaguely French Horn sounding call. This sound is used to communicate with other swans and can carry for a great distance. ~ Big Zoo.com
