Petunias are one of the most colourful and popular plants that you will find in the summer gardens
on Vancouver Island. They brighten the garden and help to chase away the memories of long dreary
days of winter cold and rain. Petunia facts: Petunias were discovered in South America in the mid-
1700's and early 1800's.
