These are the photos from an early July 2005 visit up to Diamond Peak. Diamond Peak is the high point of Garfield County Washington. Conditions were nice and sunny and warm but not unbearably hot and the meadows were in bloom at this time. The photos:
Gorgeous metal box? I'm assuming that's tongue firmly planted in cheek. Around here we call those electronic equipment encroachments "e-junk", for the way they seem to litter so many mountaintops and lookout sites.
