NGC 2359, an emission nebula in Canis Major. Known as 'Thor's Helmet' due to it's resemblance to a Viking helmet.
Taken at Big Lagoon State Park February 11, 2014. My wife kept me company,
but she wasn't disappointed when thin clouds rolled in.
It was getting a bit cold.
