ESP wet cell block

Probably a rain leak overhead with residual water on the floor. Eastern State Penitentiary (ESP) is under slow but constant "preserved ruin" restoration. The roof in this area needs some attention to preserve it.

Really fascinating image! I know that "wet cell" does not refer to the rain though...I can't imagine being locked in one of these cells. Nicely done!
