The bitter taste must be of the intestines they put in(whith the original stuffing still in it) Think it's called Mondongo soup. You are a brave man spetsnatzki. Big V for bravery!!!

I had amost heart attack when they brought this to me, and only my wife convinced me to sample it, which I'm glad I did. The taste was fabulous, if you ever tried Mexican tortilla soup, then it's very much alike just a litter more bitter with spicy chorizos

Onlythe looks of it would kill me instantly ! I'd better eat 10 cockroaches ! But,...how was the taste ?
