Corn Cake, Cuzco

This appetizer knocked my brains off completely. It was corn cake with layer of goat cheese, caramelized onions, sautéed portobellos and roasted jalapenos, holy macaroni !

I , honestly put my best machuganah's efforts in to this 7th wonder of the world, yet failed to realize what was behind parsleyerian flavor of Inca's might... Costed $2.5... do you believe it ?!

Unique in presentation, this is a fine addition to the greatest Peruvian gallery of all time. In its own right, this amzing desert, probably designed for pregnant women, would be a blue ribbon at any State Fair in Iowa or Kansas.... and that is no small feat. In addition, it is a terrific piece of photography as well.... terrific composition and fantastic, well saturated colors. All my nudnickisms, Michael.
