16th - The Leaf Thing

Rowlett, TX.

This looks like a leaf I took into the studio. This is
just a normal everyday leaf hanging from a tree. I got
to an angle to where the sun was backlighting it and
I over exposed the sun a lot to make it plain white
behind the leaf. Pretty interesting results.

Canon EOS 10D , Canon 75-300mm F/4.0-5.6

It reminds me of when I used to lay down on hay bail on my grandfather's land. I used to hold leaves up toward the sun and count each and every vein.
