To celebrate the posting of my 1st PAD - 4 years ago today - here's the PAD with the most views (more than 3,000) during that time. Being available for view for nearly 4 years probably helped raise the count but nevertheless....
This was one of my first successful IR images. Made with my 2nd camera - a 5 MP point & shoot - shortly after I bought my first D-SLR (but hadn't gotten an IR filter for the D-SLR yet). Once again showing that it's not all about the camera.
I reprocessed the B&W just before posting this today. The original is at http://www.pbase.com/ed_k/image/32011067 which is more mysterious? Four year's ago I didn't know how to extract the detail that was in the image - which may or may not have been a good thing in an image like this one. Different strokes for different folks....
