After a week of Autumn color in WV, it's back home to Shenandoah National Park. The colors are not as vibrant as in WV - almost no reds - but the shooting is easier because I'm so familiar with the territory. This is a fire road that runs from Skyline Drive to Old Rag Mountain.
It's like having back to back holidays following fall colors. The next logical spot would be 100-200 miles south along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
