"DX4CAR" is the club call sign of Civic Action of Radio Enthusiasts, Inc. (CARE). Amateur radio network duly authorized by the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) to operate at 145.000 MHz on the VHF amateur band 432.100 +5Mhz on UHF Band and 7.095 Mhz on the HF Band. Affiliated with the Philippine Amateur Radio Association, Inc. (PARA) and also a member Ham Emergency Radio Operation.
