Here we see the shutter subassembly together. A simple design based on an earlier
project. Three screws, a pivot and two stops. There is a paper washer between
the lever and the panel at the pivot and a nylon washer under the screw head. This
permits adjusting for just enough friction to hold the shutter where it is placed.
