A short walk on a nice September day, heading east on the trail from parking at Pennsylvania Route 645. We took a picnic, got a bit of exercise — quite a bit, actually — those rolled cinder, 2% maximum grade rail trails may have spoiled us a little bit.
This area is in the western corner of Berks County. The trail is more or less on the line between Berks and Schuylkill Counties.
