The plot has a C point of -1.74961334059693, -9.573851350258743e-05 i. It is centered on 0,0, at a real width of 1.5E-4. You can see a similar region of the Mandelbrot set if you create a mandelbrot plot centered on the c point at a real width of 1.05e-10.
