Valentine One Radar Detector in my BMW Z3

The unit is seen powering up (it's hard to see the LEDs because the flash on my camera was a bit too bright). I got tired of using the cigarette lighter as the power source for my Valentine One (V1) and decided to hardwire the unit in. It wasn't too difficult to do. I removed a couple of panels under the dash on the driver's side and then found the appropriate wire to splice into so that the V1 is only on when the key is in the ignition.
