To answer your TrainOrders query, the cars are owned by an individual in the Sunbury, Pa. area affiliated with several rail operations, including the North Shore family of railroads and the PRR 1361 project. The coaches (ex-DL&W, just like the ones at Nortumberland's Front Street Station) and baggage car (ex-PRR, I think) were former West Shore RR (Lewisburg, Pa.), another haunt of this individual, and the caboose was a personal project of his. The other car, I have no idea what it is or where it came from. The cars have turned up on excursion now and then on the NSHR, Shamokin Valley RR, etc.
