The main thing I did was to crop in an oval & then clone out the bush on the right. Then, I did a Monotone conversion with a tint.

I didn't try to correct the fringing or other problems with the original.

A "from scratch" frame was added by creating a pattern to the outside of the oval and then adding a bevel.

Perfect "Tweak"? Maybe not. But my version of this image anyhow.
