I've been to Juneau twice - climbed mendenhall glacier, went whale watching and spent all day bear watching - it'sbeautiful - also really enjoyed Glacier Gardens -

Hi Doug;
I am Sandra's mom. I lived 8 years in Juneau and never saw a bear! Two years ago I was visiting and Sandy and I went out to get a picture of a bear. We started at the glacier. After several hours went other places that bears always are. Not a one-just one squirrel and a bluejay. You have taken some fantastic photos! Thanks for sharing.
